Payment:

Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time is estimated based on current production volume and is subject to change without notice. If a specific deadline is required, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Artwork Requirements:

All artwork must be supplied in a high-resolution format, such as vector graphics or 300 DPI or higher for raster graphics. We reserve the right to reject artwork that does not meet our standards or may result in poor-quality prints.

Proofs:

A digital proof will be provided for review and approval before production begins. We are not responsible for errors or omissions that are not corrected during the proofing process.

Production Variance:

We take great care to ensure consistent color and quality, but due to the nature of the printing process, there may be some variation in color and registration from one print run to the next. This is considered an acceptable industry standard.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping and delivery fees will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination. We do our best to ensure safe and prompt delivery, but we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect in the product that was not corrected during the proofing process.

Mistakes in Printing:

If there is a mistake in the printing process, the buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability to you or any third party is limited to the total price of the services provided.
